Contact forms

While filling out our contact forms across our website, you will be knowingly giving over personal information that is required per contact form, such as, but not limited to; name, telephone, address and email address. We collect this information so we can get in contact with you in a quick, professional and formal manner.


If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. How long we retain your data

For people who have given over personal information without registering an account, your personal data will be kept for 3 months after date of purchase, this is to insure in the case of needing to reorder, we can pull your record directly from our database or when refunds are needed.

For registered users, your information will be kept for up to 2 years, which will be from your last order, so if you’re account has been inactive, without purchasing any products for 2 years, your account and personal data will be erased from our database.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Your data is passed through the plugin WooCommerce, which is an open-source plugin for the WordPress platform, which makes it easy for anyone to sell anything online. WooCommerce and WordPress both comply with GDPR standards. Note: Your data is not sent to either WooCommerce or WordPress, your data is stored on our own database, which has private access by our admin.

Due to complication within WordPress we have had to set up an external third party plugin which sends emails on behalf of WordPress and WooCommerce. All data that passes through this service, such as contact form submissions, order confirmation emails and any and all emails which may contain your personal data, is secured and complies with the latest GDPR standards.

If we notice any data breaches, we will be in contact with you personally, notifying of the data breach and any information related to what information may have been stolen.
